ARRIVAL TIME
The Day Spa is "By Appointment Only"
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time.
BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
Please read carefully as we are a small boutique Day Spa and the time we personally allocate to your appointment will be yours exclusively and not likely to be filled again should you cancel, although we may have refused other bookings to ensure your time.
A 25% deposit will secure your booking which is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation of less than 7-days notice.
We can defer the loss of your deposit if another appointment is made at the time of cancellation for the same value.
This also applies to Gift Certificate appointments.
If the subsequent appointment is then cancelled (at any time) the deposit is forfeit.
PREPARATION
Spa Robe, towels, slippers and disposable garments are provided.
If you feel more comfortable, feel free to bring a bathing suit for
the spa as well as for the pool.
Gentlemen, please shave prior to your visit if you are having a facial treatment.
OTHER
- Please do not bring valuables or children to the Spa
- The Spa is a NON-SMOKING facility
- Please turn your mobile phone OFF
- We have Mastercard, Visa, AMEX & Eftpos facilities
